This coffee comes from the Morobe District, at an elevation of 5,400 feet above sea level. It has a chocolate, nutty flavor with a slightly fruity finish of cherry undertones and hints of vanilla, with a balanced/smooth aftertaste. (Not available in decaf.)

Excellent coffee for those that like lighter SO roasts.
This coffee really likes higher temperature brew water. For pour overs straight off boil water and medium fine on most flat bottom drippers. For cone type go a smidgen more fine. The chocolate and nut profile is short lived and finishes with a tart but sweet dark cherry profile.
