A New Family Favorite!
Fabulous coffee with hints of chocolate. Good and strong w\o going bitter. I think this and the FTO Honduras are neck and neck for a good, bold coffee with some subtle "something". This will definitely be in the rotation in our house.

Mexican Chiapas coffee - my favorite!
Some years ago, my daughter did an internship in Mexico. When she returned, she brought me a bag of Mexican coffee, which immediately became a favorite, displacing the Colombian that I had been drinking for a long time. When that bag from my daughter was gone, I looked around and found a small local grocery store here in Nashville that carries Raphael's Roastery coffee, including their Mexican Chiapas. That was where I bought it for several years until for reasons I do not know the store stopped stocking Mexican Chiapas. I looked online and found that I can buy directly from Raphael's, and that's what I do now - buy two 5-pound bags so that I get free shipping. My favorite every day. Smooth, not too acid, but lots of character.

So good!
I love most of the organic (35 N.) coffee options that Raphael's has, but Mexican Chiapas is my favorite with its rich flavor. It has spoiled me for other coffee brands. I take it with me when I can.
