Description

Organic Komodo Dragon.**This is normally a Certified Fair Trade coffee, but none was made available during this harvest season, so this is simply an ethically-sourced, Organic coffee until further notice, not Certified Fair Trade**
This coffee comes from the Bajawa, Ngada District, in the Flores Islands of Indonesia.  Grown at an elevation of 4,500 feet above sea level on the slopes of the Inerie Volcano. It has a smooth body, with syrupy, baker's chocolate flavors and a quick finish (no lingering aftertaste). (Not available in decaf.)

    More floral than most Indonesian roasts

    This coffee is quite good, although its highlights are very floral. I was expecting a bit darker roast given the name, but it's very good nonetheless. Really happy I tried it!
