Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a fine coffee, offering a well balanced winey body with fruit overtones. It is considered to be one of the most sought after East African coffees because of its smooth body and long-lasting finish. (Not available in decaf.)

Maybe my new favorite
This is really smooth. No bitterness at all. It really reminds me of kona peaberry ; has that kind of very slight tang to it, and with a touch or actual sugar and milk - it was like desert. I am typically a black coffee drinker; so adding contaminants for me is a big deal ;) So good.

My "go-to" coffee
The Ethiopian is one if the best roasts that I have found and works well for any time. It has a good hearty flavor but is also smooth with no aftertaste. When I recommend a coffee for someone that is new to Raphael's - this is the one and it seems to work well for all types if coffee drinkers.
