A delicious Single Estate espresso from the Alta Mogiana. Sao Paulo region of Brazil. A Full-City, Medium Espresso Roast full-bodied espresso with abundant sweetness, syrupy caramel notes, and honey smoothness. A long finish of honey and blood orange balanced acidity and balanced flavor. The grower has been recognized as one of the Top Ten in Brazil for Sustainable farming and business practices. This Mundo Novo and Yellow Catuai variety coffee is grown at an elevation of 1,470 meters and is Rainforest Alliance certified, UTZ certified and in conjunction with the Alta Mogiana Specialty Coffee Association (AMSC). This coffee is also available as a great single origin light-medium roast coffee. (Not available in decaf.)
